You should receive your order within 5-7 working days of securing your payment. If there is a delay, we will contact you immediately. We will accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date and it must be un-opened and in the original condition as it was received. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. If the return is due to shipping damage or a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the merchandise immediately upon receipt of the defective items and pay the shipping in this instance.
